Arbitration costs

The arbitration costs specified in Section I of the VIAC’s Schedule of Arbitration Costs shall be deducted by 20%, applies to arbitral proceedings commencing in the period of time from 01 April 2020 to 30 June 2020 inclusive.

Mediation costs

A 50% discount off the registration fee and a 20% discount off the mediation costs (registration fee excluded) as specified in Section I of the VMC’s Schedule of Mediation Costs shall be applied to mediation processed in which the Request for Mediation is received by VMC from 01 April 2020 to 31 December 2020 inclusive.
