SIAC together with Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) is proud to present a one-day conference on “Global Investment Destination – An Arbitral Perspective” in Vietnam. Speakers at the event will discuss the current economic outlook and M&A trends in Vietnam as well as the role that international arbitration has to play in Vietnam investment transactions. Other topic includes a hypothetical deal and dispute involving a Vietnamese project – from the perspectives of Vietnamese and its investors.
