In order to update on market developments and the application of new standards in import-export activities, while recommending specific contractual solutions to help businesses avoid “the traps” from potential markets, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) organizes the Conference “Current foreign trade transactions: Changes in business strategies and disputes management”.

 LEGAL MANAGEMENT SERIES 2024 (LMS 2024)
 
LMS 2024 is an annual series of events initiated by Vietnam International Arbitration Center, in collaboration with various partners, aiming to (i) Update information on legal regulations related to prominent market issues; (ii) Guide businesses on appropriate solutions to avoid risks arising during investment and business activities; and (iii) Recommend effective dispute resolution methods. Building on the success of LMS 2023, LMS 2024, with the theme "Legal compliance for adapting to the modern and green economy" focusing on 03 main fields: Real estate, Foreign trade and Energy with 09 events. The events will last in 3 months from June to September 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City and southern provinces including Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Khanh Hoa, and Binh Thuan.
