On the afternoon of June 20, 2024, the DInstitutes of Development Studies, the Ho Chi Minh City Centre of International Integration Support (CIIS), in collaboration with the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Busniness Association (HUBA), organized the workshop titled “ESG - The Key to Sustainable Development: Solutions to Promote Effective ESG Practices in Businesses.” The event successfully attracted more than 300 participants, including representatives from various government agencies, business associations in the city, and numerous media outlets.

Vietnam's construction sector is witnessing a strong recovery and growth, but along with that, the legal risks and disputes related to construction contracts have also increased. To support businesses in managing and mitigating these risks, the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) and the Society of Construction Law Viet Nam (SCLVN) are co-organizing the seminar "Conference on Construction Contract and Dispute Resolutions" (CCCDR 2024). The event will include 06 (six) sections revolving around the theme of "Risk Mitigation in Construction Contract Preparation and Administration" and 06 (six) side events.
