General Secretary and President Tô Lâm Witnesses the Exchange of Memorandum of Understanding between the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and the India International Arbitration Centre (IIAC)

On the afternoon of 7 May 2026, within the framework of the official visit to India, General Secretary and President Tô Lâm, together with Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendra Fadnavis, witnessed the exchange of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and the India International Arbitration Centre (IIAC).

VIAC had a meeting with the Guangdong Provincial Delegation, China

On the morning of April 21, 2026, at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the delegation led by Ms. Gujie Yuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, and President of the Guangdong Law Society, together with other members of the delegation, visited and had a working session with VIAC representatives to discuss collaborative opportunities.

On 6th April 2026, a delegation from the eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre met and engaged in discussions with representatives of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) – Ho Chi Minh City Branch, regarding the growth trends of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the context of digital transformation.

VIAC had a working session with Delegation from Ritsumeikan University (Japan)

On 3rd March 2026, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) welcomed and held a working session with a delegation from Ritsumeikan University (Japan), facilitated by the Foreign Trade University (FTU). The meeting aimed to provide lecturers and students with insights into the practice of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Vietnam.
