Digital transformation optimizes operational processes, reduces costs, and enhances competitiveness through automation, data analysis, and efficient information management. Green transformation focuses on minimizing negative environmental impacts by using renewable energy sources, adopting clean technologies, and developing eco-friendly products that help preserve natural resources and reduce pollution. Combining digital and green transformations promotes the development of new economic models that balance economic growth, environmental protection, and quality of life, contributing to Vietnam’s goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.

Nov 20, 2024The enhancement and finalization of legal framework for Arbitration and Mediation, as a robust legal foundation for Alternative dispute resolutions (ADR) renowned for their democracy, convenience, efficiency and efficacy in the delivery of justice and fairness for business disputes, is one of a key policy of Vietnam in its economic development strategy of the Party and State. As promulgated in the statements of the Party General Secretary T ô L â m , innovative mindset in the formulation and enforcement of laws is a cornerstone policy of the Party . Accordingly, the finalization of legal framework these ADR mechanisms must also be grounded in a new approach, ensuring that arbitration and ADR evolve into a popular and efficient method of dispute settlement .

LNC 2024: Lawyers skills in managing arbitration procedures
Nov 12, 2024On July 13, 2024, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) collaborated with the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, with the support of the Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, and Can Tho Bar Associations to organize the Lawyers Networking Conference 2024. The conference was a great success, with over 150 lawyers attending in person in Ho Chi Minh City and over 400 participants joining the event online.

[LMS2024] Energy Sector: Seminar "Tourism in Binh Thuan Province: Pathway to green transition for sustainable development"
Nov 12, 2024On November 6, 2024, in Binh Thuan, the Binh Thuan Tourism Association, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), and the Binh Thuan Union of Science and Technology Associations successfully co-hosted the seminar “Binh Thuan tourism: The green transition path to sustainable development”. The event was attended by over 100 representatives from local management agencies, experts, and businesses in Binh Thuan province. The seminar also marked the final event of the LMS 2024 (Legal Management Series 2024), which is organized by VIAC and partners.
