On the morning of September 29, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) welcomed and held a working session with a delegation of lawyers from the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) . The meeting took place as a sideline event within the IPBA 2026 Mid-Year Council Meeting and Regional Conference held in Vietnam.

On the morning of September 17, 2026, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (SingCham Vietnam), and the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) co-organized an online Legal Roundtable titled “Changes in the legal framework & impact on dispute resolution in real estate investment” . The program attracted more than 150 participants, including business representatives, SingCham Vietnam members, lawyers, legal practitioners, and entities operating, investing, developing projects, or interested in the Vietnamese real estate market.

VIAC accompanies the National Moot Court Competition (VMoot) throughout its 10-Year journey

On October 5, 2026, the National Final Round of the 2026 Moot Court Competition (VMoot) and the 10th Anniversary Ceremony of the Competition were held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law (ULAW), marking the conclusion of its 10th season with the participation of more than 50 teams from 28 universities and legal training institutions nationwide. The 10-year milestone also marked VIAC’s continuous involvement in VMoot as its professional sponsor, contributing to bringing practical experience in commercial arbitration and dispute resolution closer to law students from the classroom.

VIAC Delegation Visits Nanning, China to Strengthen Cooperation through Meetings, Engagements and MoU Signing

As part of a working visit to Nanning, Guangxi Province, China, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) held a series of meetings and working sessions with the Guangxi Arbitration Association (GAA) and the Nanning International Arbitration Commission (NIAC) and signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) to promote cooperation and exchanges in arbitration and mediation.
