The meeting took place as a sideline event within the IPBA 2026 Mid-Year Council Meeting and Regional Conference held in Vietnam.

Oct 07, 2026On the morning of September 17, 2026, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (SingCham Vietnam), and the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) co-organized an online Legal Roundtable titled “Changes in the legal framework & impact on dispute resolution in real estate investment” . The program attracted more than 150 participants, including business representatives, SingCham Vietnam members, lawyers, legal practitioners, and entities operating, investing, developing projects, or interested in the Vietnamese real estate market.
VIAC accompanies the National Moot Court Competition (VMoot) throughout its 10-Year journey
Oct 07, 2026On October 5, 2026, the National Final Round of the 2026 Moot Court Competition (VMoot) and the 10th Anniversary Ceremony of the Competition were held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law (ULAW), marking the conclusion of its 10th season with the participation of more than 50 teams from 28 universities and legal training institutions nationwide. The 10-year milestone also marked VIAC’s continuous involvement in VMoot as its professional sponsor, contributing to bringing practical experience in commercial arbitration and dispute resolution closer to law students from the classroom.
VIAC Delegation Visits Nanning, China to Strengthen Cooperation through Meetings, Engagements and MoU Signing
Oct 06, 2026As part of a working visit to Nanning, Guangxi Province, China, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) held a series of meetings and working sessions with the Guangxi Arbitration Association (GAA) and the Nanning International Arbitration Commission (NIAC) and signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) to promote cooperation and exchanges in arbitration and mediation.

Oct 06, 2026Ngày 05/10/2026, Vòng Chung kết Cuộc thi Phiên tòa giả định (VMoot) cấp Quốc gia năm 2026 và Lễ kỷ niệm 10 năm tổ chức cuộc thi đã diễn ra tại Trường Đại học Luật TP. Hồ Chí Minh (ULAW), khép lại mùa thi thứ 10 với sự tham gia của hơn 50 đội thi, đến từ 28 trường đại học, cơ sở đào tạo Luật trên cả nước. Dấu mốc 10 năm của cuộc thi đồng thời cũng ghi nhận hành trình đồng hành liên tục của Trung tâm Trọng tài Quốc tế Việt Nam (VIAC) tại VMoot với vai trò đơn vị bảo trợ chuyên môn, góp phần đưa thực tiễn giải quyết tranh chấp bằng trọng tài thương mại đến gần hơn với sinh viên luật ngay từ giảng đường.

Với những màn tranh tụng đầy bản lĩnh, Team Astra – Trường Đại học Luật Hà Nội đã xuất sắc giành ngôi Quán quân VIMCC 2026. Trung tâm Trọng tài Quốc tế Việt Nam (VIAC) vinh dự đồng hành cùng cuộc thi với vai trò Đơn vị đồng tổ chức và Bảo trợ chuyên môn.

Sep 30, 2026On the afternoon of September 23, 2026, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) had a meeting with a delegation of international exchange students from the University of Economics and Law (UEL), Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM). The meeting is part of regular collaborative activities between VIAC and UEL, offering students, especially international students, the opportunity to conduct a study tour and learn about commercial arbitration and mediation in Vietnam in general and at VIAC in particular.
