CEO Community Networking Talkshow: “The model of outsourcing legal services for businesses: Current situation and recommendations for executives.”

To effectively control business operations and minimize risks during business and investment activities, executives are increasingly focusing on improving the legal department. Depending on the size, financial capacity, and business products, companies have various options for legal management, with outsourcing legal services or external lawyers being a viable solution alongside building an in-house legal team. Outsourcing legal services/lawyers allows businesses to specialize in addressing legal issues, saving both time and human resources.  However, to apply this model effectively, businesses need to carefully consider their capacity, needs, and prepare a thorough management and monitoring process.

As part of the CEO 4.0 Executive Training Program, organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI HCM), in collaboration with the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the following event will be held:
