Legal Roundtable "Cross-border financing in Vietnam: From transaction structuring to legal risk management"

As Vietnamese businesses increasingly seek international capital to expand their operations and finance investment projects, cross-border lending presents valuable opportunities to access and diversify funding sources. However, these opportunities also raise challenges in transaction structuring, compliance with foreign exchange and tax regulations, security arrangements, and the validity and enforceability of contractual agreements in Vietnam.

To provide diverse perspectives from transactional practice and dispute resolution, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), in collaboration with the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (SingCham Vietnam) and the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC), organizes the online Legal Roundtable “Cross-border financing in Vietnam: From transaction structuring to legal risk management”
