Recap of Vietnam ADR Week 2026 – VAW 2026

Against the backdrop of expanding commercial and investment activities, both in scale and complexity, the need for dispute resolution mechanisms that are efficient, transparent, and reliable has become more pressing than ever. Deepening economic integration has not only led to an increase in cross-border transactions but has also underscored the importance of further strengthening the legal framework while enhancing the quality and practical effectiveness of dispute resolution mechanisms that meet the demands of modern business. In this context, establishing a comprehensive, multidisciplinary, and highly connected platform to foster dialogue, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience, and promote cooperation in arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) has become particularly important.

In this spirit, the Vietnam ADR Week 2026 (VAW 2026) is organized as a series of professional and networking events by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the Vietnam Lawyers' Association, under the overarching theme, "Arbitration & ADR: Embracing New Heights".
