VIAC Rules of Arbitration 2026

The VIAC Rules 2026 enters into force from 1 July 2026 and shall apply to the arbitral proceedings commenced on or after 1 July 2026, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Arbitral proceedings pending before VIAC under the Rules of Arbitration in effect as of 1 March 2017 (the "VIAC Rules 2017") shall continue to be governed by the VIAC Rules 2017

Vietnamese and English are the official languages of the VIAC Rules 2026. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Vietnamese and English versions of these Rules and any other language versions in which these Rules are published, the Vietnamese and English versions shall prevail.
