VIAC Rules of Arbitration 2026

The Rules of Arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (the “Rules”) shall apply to the resolution of disputes administered by VIAC.

The Rules are in force as from 01 July 2026.

Vietnamese and English are the official languages of the VIAC Rules 2026. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Vietnamese and English versions of these Rules and any other language versions in which these Rules are published, the Vietnamese and English versions shall prevail.
