[Hanoi - HCMC] A Strategic Approach to International Arbitration in Vietnam and Korea: Commerce, Investment and Infrastructure

The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), and  Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center (SIDRC) are co-hosting a seminar on strategic approaches  to international arbitration in Korea and Vietnam. As we witnessed a great success in last year’s seminar,  this year’s seminar has been organized to take our relationship between Korea and Vietnam one step  further.

Today’s seminar covers more specific and practical topics, and focuses on infrastructure disputes and their dispute resolution mechanisms. The seminar provided local and foreign enterprises and legal professionals a perfect venue to discuss current issues on international infrastructure disputes in Korea and Vietnam with the support of our distinguished and knowledgeable experts.
